You need to go to the Civil Registry office, located at the government administration building in Virgin Gorda. You will need to have the following:

• Passports with white immigration slip obtained upon entry to BVI.
• Your original or certified divorce decree documents (if applicable)
• Two witnesses to witness your signature (ask anyone around)
• The names of the people who are actually going to witness your wedding.
• Dress code for entering the government administration building: Knee length or longer skirts, dresses, or shorts. Appropriate tops/blouses. No flip flops. 

The cost is $220 for the wedding license and $220 fee for the actual marriage. Each marriage certificate will cost $25. It takes a full twenty-four hours for the license to be prepared.

To have the ceremony performed outside of the registrar’s office, you will also need to reimburse the Registrar for the round trip ferry fee if you wish him/her to come to Virgin Gorda to perform the wedding.
