Deluxe Villas Under Guavaberry Management
In addition to our vacation homes, we have fifteen privately owned villas under our management. All are located relatively close to Guavaberry Spring Bay and are provided with the same services as our own homes. Below is a list of the villas we manage along with a brief description.

This one bedroom luxury property with pool (can also be rented as a two bedroom/two bathroom) is built up high to capture views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and fine breezes. Jemstone boasts a spacious living area, well equipped including a portable stereo system, surrounded by decks and the lower level hosts a one bedroom/bathroom garden suite. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. Located south of Guavaberry, near The Baths.

The Master bedroom and bathroom are detached from the main living area where the other bedroom and bathroom are located, connected by a wooden deck. Beso del Sol has a large garden with Tamarind trees and flowering shrubs located in Spring Bay Estates, adjacent to Guavaberry Spring Bay.......about a one minute walk to the beach. Amenities include a telephone, cable TV and portable stereo system.

For those seeking privacy and a beach front house, this is a perfect choice. Sandy Bottom is a comfortable and very well furnished home. The walls are louvered to catch the constant trade winds. Cable television, DSL, telephone and portable stereo system. Sandy Bottom can rent as a one bedroom for two, or two bedroom for four. Sorry...no children under the age of 12.

Amenities include telephone, TV/VCR (no cable) & portable stereo system.

Baldor is a beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom, very spacious house located in Spring Bay Estates. Baldor is built up high to capture views and breezes. Adjacent to the main house, connected by wooden decks, is a two storey building where the other two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. The bedroom on the lower level has a fully equipped kitchenette as well. Baldor is tastefully appointed with all amenities, and only a two minute walk to the beach!

50% deposit of the reservation is requested upon booking. The balance and tax must be received by our office no later than 45 days prior to arrival date. There will be no refund upon cancellation, unless the space can be filled.
