Full Description
Ideal for one or two people, our studio house is just slightly smaller than our standard one bedroom houses, with the living, dining and bedroom in one space. The studio offers a full kitchen, dining space for two and a view of the ocean. The house can be made with a king bed or two twin beds.

- Ceiling fan and floor fan only. NO air conditioning.

Tax and Deposit Policy
- 10% Government Tax must be added to all rates.
- We accept personal checks, money orders, cash, wire transfers or credit cards. Wire transfers are subject to a $35 bank fee. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% administration fee.
- Winter: December 15 - April 14, 2024
- Summer: April 15 - December 14, 2023
- Maximum occupancy: 2 people.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Winter: A four night deposit is requested at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to the first two and last two days of the reservation. This deposit is able to be refunded, less $100 cancellation fee, if cancellation is received no later than 90 days in advance of arrival date.
Summer: A three night deposit is requested at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to the first two days and last day of the reservation. This deposit is able to be refunded, less $100 cancellation fee, if cancellation is received no later than 30 days in advance of arrival date.
